Q: Why am I receiving the message "This feature is currently being tested. JMAC will send an announcement in the near future when this new page is ready."?
A: The new CD Request feature is available for certain clients as of 9/2. We will be releasing the product to all JMAC clients at a future date. Please check our marketing announcements for updates on this.
Q: Why am I receiving the message "Initial CD Request is available once the loan is approved, locked, and the appraisal has been ordered (program exceptions may apply)."?
A: The loan must meet certain parameters before the CD can be requested. If you believe you've met these requirements but are still receiving this message, please reach out to your Account Manager.
Q: Why am I receiving the message "Pending Change of Circumstance requests must be completed before requesting the CD"?
A: Any pending COC LE requests must be processed before requesting the CD. This is to ensure that we have accurate information in our system when you make the CD request.
Q: Why am I receiving the message "Pending changes to the loan must be reviewed before requesting the CD"?
A: Similar to the above, there may be an internal JMAC update that needs to be cleared before you can request the CD. If you continue to receive this message, please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
Q: Why am I receiving the message "The Initial CD has already been sent"?
A: The CD Request process is intended for the initial CD only. Once the initial CD has been disclosed, any changes should be managed through a COC request or directly with your Closing Coordinator.
Q: Is the CD Request available on Correspondent channel loans?
A: At this time, the feature is only available for Wholesale channel loans.
