Q: Why am I receiving errors when I submit? Why can't I submit?
A: For Lender disclosures, you will be asked to complete the following when you submit:
- Complete required 1003 fields for submission, which will appear as pop-up
- Disclosures must be issued, which will populate once you leave the loan
- Don't forget! Upload your documentation for submission and underwriting.
For Broker disclosures, you will be asked to complete the following when you submit:
- Complete required 1003 fields for submission, which will appear as pop-up
- Register a loan program
- Don't forget! Upload your signed initial disclosure package and any documentation for submission and underwriting.
Q: Why can't I submit even though the initial disclosures have been esigned by all parties?
A: If you accidentally issued multiple disclosures, you will need to contact Disclosure Desk at disclosures@jmaclending.com. They will need to manually exclude your first initial disclosures package, so you can submit with esigned disclosures.
Q: Why did my loan status not change when I requested submission review?
A: Since you are in the loan, you will need to refresh the page. On your browser, click the circle arrow next to back and forward arrows. If your loan status still does not change, please contact your Account Manager to confirm your submission request.
