Q: Is there a max upload limit for documents?
A: Yes, the max file attachment for *Upload Loan Package is 200 MB at a time.
Q: What are the list of allowable file types available?
A: You can upload these file types: .doc, .docx, .html, .jpg, .jpe, .jpeg, .pdf, .png, .tif, .tiff, and .txt
Q: Where are the documents I uploaded to *Upload Loan Package? Why did my documents disappear?
A: They did not disappear! Your documents are indexed into their correct document name when you save. Simply, scroll up or down to review your indexed documents.
When the documents are indexed, you will no longer see them in *Upload Loan Package.
Q: Why can't I find *Upload Loan Package when uploading conditions?
A: Click Documents and scroll to the bottom of the page. *Upload Loan Package may be closer to bottom of the page as loan disclosures are uploaded and indexed.
Q: I uploaded documents why has JMAC not contacted me?
A: We are not automatically notified when these documents are uploaded.
- If you are uploading for submission, click Submit Loan to request for submission review.
- If you are uploading underwriting conditions, click Conditions and click Notify Lender to submit for condition review.
- If you are uploading docs or funding conditions, upload your documents and reply to the email letting the conditions are uploaded and ready for review.
Q: Why did the Underwriter not review documents I uploaded?
A: We recommend uploading all your documents prior to requesting review. Any conditions uploaded after the request is submitted may not be reviewed at the same time.
Q: Can I download documents on Funded loans?
A: No, funded loans will not be available with your pipeline. We are planning to release Multi-Factor Authentication to allow accessing and downloading documents on funded loans for period of time.
Q: Can I bulk download?
A: No, you cannot download your documents in bulk. Contact your Account Manager if you have any additional questions.
Underwriting
Q: Where do I upload my conditions?
A: Upload your documents to *Upload Loan Package in Documents, and then navigate Conditions to Notify Lender for condition review.
Q: How do I submit conditions?
A: We are not automatically notified when these documents are uploaded. To notify us that your conditions are ready for review, click Conditions and click Notify Lender to submit for condition review.
Q: Why is Notify Lender greyed out?
A: You can only submit one condition review request at a time. If it's greyed out, someone has previously requested condition review.
Q: Why did my loan status not change when I requested condition review?
A: Since you are in the loan, you will need to refresh the page. On your browser, click the circle arrow next to back and forward arrows. If your loan status still does not change, please contact your Account Manager to confirm your condition request.
Q: Where do I review Suspense, PTD, and PTF conditions?
A: In Documents, you can review your Approval Letter or Suspense Letter.
