Q: When will be Docs be Ordered?

A: If you have submit the CD & Doc Order Form, your Docs will be automatically placed in line once your loan has Cleared to Close. 

Q: I uploaded the requested doc conditions why has JMAC not contacted me?

A: We are not automatically notified when these documents are uploaded. If you are uploading doc conditions, upload your documents and reply to the email letting the conditions are uploaded and ready for review.
