Defining Appraisal Statuses
Appraisal Statuses appear at the top of your appraisal order.
The chart below explains what occurs at each stage of our appraisal processing from start to finish.
| Status | Definition |
| Pending Approval | The order has been created, but payment is outstanding. |
| Waiting for Payment | The payment link has been sent to either the borrower and broker payment. |
| Finding Appraiser | The order has been sent to the AMC to identifying an appraiser. |
| Accepted | The appraiser to confirm the due date and assess whether a fee increase is necessary. |
| Inspection Scheduled | The appraiser has scheduled the property inspection. |
| Inspection Completed | The property inspection has been completed. |
| Submitted | The appraisal report has been submitted to the lender and client. |
Understanding Appraisal Orders Pipeline
Hover over Orders to all your outstanding appraisal orders, and not only your orders for this particular loan.
The main dashboard shows all your appraisal orders and nested followup order in a centralized location.
You can use the search or the filter option if you are searching for a particular order.
Additionally, there is a bell icon that helps keep you up-to-date with all the most recent changes.
On the right side navigation, you can see additional filters categories. There are defaults filters and custom filters.
Default filters show any message, flagged items, or missing documents.
Custom filters are broken down in to phases - Take Action, Payment Management, Order Management, Submission, and Report Delivery
