JMAC clients can now run an AUS tailored to Non-QM loans from within the JMAC Connect portal. Before starting, the loan should be priced and credit run (program dependent). To learn more about those processes, visit Step 2: Registering Your Loan.

Accessing MyNonQM

Open a loan in JMAC Connect, expand the Loan Actions menu in the left-hand navigation, then click MyNonQM AUS.

In the top-right corner, click Order Services.

Click Additional Services, then click LoanScorecard Production.

IMPORTANT: If LoanScorecard Production isn't available, please check that a Non-QM program has been registered.

Complete all fields in the Custom Fields section, then choose your credit provider (if any) that was previously run on this file.

IMPORTANT: The accuracy of the AUS findings depends on these dropdown selections.

Click the Submit button to run AUS.

AUS findings will be uploaded to loan documents. The Results / Findings section will display the most recent run's information, including result. To view the detailed findings, click Download Report.

The AUS findings will display the loan information used, individual program guidelines, and messages relating to the eligibility of the loan. Below is a sample of these from a test loan.

MyNonQM AUS is available to run until the loan has been submitted to Underwriting.
