Uploading Underwriting Conditions
Once the initial decision has been rendered, you will receive an email with the loan approval or loan suspense certificate, listing all the outstanding conditions.
To upload your conditions documents, click Loan Documents from loan navigation.
IMPORTANT: We are not automatically notified when these documents are uploaded.
You can Drag and Drop or click Browse for files on the document labeled, *Upload Loan Package.
IMPORTANT: Your uploaded documents will be split into the appropriate document type once you save the loan. You will no longer see your previous upload in *Upload Loan Package.
Requesting for Underwriter Review
When all conditions have been uploaded, click Conditions from the loan navigation.
Click Notify Lender to submit for condition review. Submitting all the conditions at once will expedite underwriting review.
Adding Comments for the Underwriter
To add a comment on a condition, click the number under the comment icon on the condition.
Enter your comment, click Add Comment to save, and click Close to exit.
What's Next
The loan status will change to Resubmitted. Your underwriter will review the uploaded conditions within the current turn times. Once completed, an updated loan approval or loan suspense certificate will be emailed and your loan status will revert to Approved or Suspended if any PTD conditions remain. Repeat the above step if any additional condition review is required.
IMPORTANT: We recommend uploading all your documents prior to requesting review. Any conditions uploaded after the request is submitted may not be reviewed at the same time.
Your loan will be Cleared to Close once all PTD conditions have been met.
Requesting the Initial Closing Disclosure
You will have the option of requesting for JMAC to draw your docs or drawing your own docs. Please read Step 6: Ordering Docs or Submitting for Purchase Review to understand the next steps.
If JMAC will be drawing your Docs, you can request the initial closing disclosure. You do not need to wait until all PTDs have been cleared.
