Re-Issuing Credit through TPO Connect
You can also order or re-issue credit in TPO Connect.
From Loan Actions, click Re-Issue Credit.
Select the Credit Provider, Order Type, Request Type, and Report Type.
IMPORTANT: Complete the Reference Number field if you are reissuing credit.
Complete the User Name, Password and Client ID fields and click Order Credit. Depending on your credit company, these options may be different.
Registering Your Loan
From the loan navigation, click Product Pricing & Lock.
Verify the parameters, make any necessary updates, and click Search.
For additional rates, click on the green icon by the program name. Click the paper icon corresponding to the program you want under the Actions column to prompt the registration confirmation.
IMPORTANT: Under the Price Adj column, click on the number to view a breakdown of the adjustments.
Click Confirm to register the program.
Pre-Locking your Loan
Pre-locking is available on certain products dependent on your pull-through ratio.
Locks are not automatically confirmed. Once requested, our lock desk will review the request and follow up.

To Pre-Lock a loan, click Product Pricing & Lock and click Request Lock.
Click Confirm to complete the Pre-Lock request.
What's Next
After your loan is registered, you can choose to request JMAC's Correspondent Disclosures or submit to JMAC.
