Identifying a Secured Email from JMAC Lending

If you received an email similar to the screenshot below, then you have received a secured and encrypted email from a JMAC Lending Team Member.

Registering for the Secure Email Portal

Please click on the link in the “JMAC Lending – You Have Received an Encrypted Message” to log into the JMAC Lending secure messaging portal.

IMPORTANT: If this is your first time receiving an encrypted email then you will need to register your email address. You will receive an email similar to the screenshot below. Follow the directions CAREFULLY on how to register your account.

Signing into the Secure Email Portal

Once you have registered, please sign into the secure messaging portal. A direct link to the portal is below.

Now that you are signed in you should have an interface that looks similar to the screenshot below. However you will have different email contents.

Within the secure messaging portal you can view all emails that were sent to you securely or encrypted from a JMAC Lending Team Member. In addition to view the emails you can download the attachments, reply to and search your emails.
