You can now request your VA appraisal through JMAC Lending, Inc. You can submit the VA appraisal request in JMAC Connect, we will send a payment link to either the borrower or broker, and we will create your VA Appraisal with WEBLGY. We can help appraisal order coordination, delivery, and payment.
For VA appraisal orders, you can now submit your order request by clicking on the Other Appraisal Requests.
Click Start Request on the VA Appraisal card.
Complete all the appraisal order request fields and click Submit VA Appraisal Order.
VA Appraisal Payment
Once you have requested VA Appraisal, the JMAC Appraisal Desk will review your order same day and send the payment link if submitted prior to 3pm. Orders submitted after 3pm Pacific will be considered received the next business day. During their review, they will contact the Loan Officer and Processor if any clarification is needed.
IMPORTANT: The Intent to Proceed Date is required. The borrower cannot pay for the appraisal until the Intent to Proceed has been provided on or after the date of the issued Initial Loan Estimate.
Payment is required prior to sending the appraisal order to the VA for assignment.
Once your appraisal has been ordered, the Appraisal Desk will send a payment link to the borrower or to the broker.
They will receive an email with a payment link. Follow the link, complete your credit card information, click Submit.
Ordering Directly WEBLGY
If you submit your VA order directly through the VA portal (https://vip.vba.va.gov/portal/VBAH/Home), you will need to add JMAC Appraisal Desk at appraisalorder@jmaclending.com on the order, so they can receive a copy of the completed appraisal.
You can also submit your order through JMAC by completing the appraisal order form on page and emailing it to the JMAC Appraisal Desk at appraisalorder@jmaclending.com for review and processing.
