Ordering Appraisal
Subject property appraisals are ordered directly in Reggora by clicking the Order Appraisal within the Appraisal section in the loan navigation.
In the Order Appraisal page, click Create Order to start your appraisal order.
You will select the appraisal product, confirm the payee, request a rush priority, or confirm your due date.
First, an appraisal product will be suggested based by your registered program, estimated value, occupancy, property type, loan type, and units.
You can change it by typing to search for your product like ADU, Jumbo, etc. or you can scroll to review all the options.
The order fee shows the base appraisal cost per JMAC Lending's fee schedule.
Next, select whether the borrower or the broker will be paying for the appraisal.
IMPORTANT: The Intent to Proceed Date is required. The borrower cannot pay for the appraisal until the Intent to Proceed has been provided on or after the date of the issued Initial Loan Estimate.
Click Add Another Product if you need to order a separate 1007 or 216.
The due date will automatically be set to 7 business days and if set to Rush priority, it will automatically update to 3 business days. Click the due date if you would like to extend the due date.
If you select a Rush priority, an additional rush fee will be added to your order.
IMPORTANT: A rush priority is dependent on the AMC ability to accommodate and cannot be guaranteed.
After clicking Create, you can add any additional contacts.
- Option 1: Enter their first and last name, role, email, cell phone, work phone, and home phone, and click Create.
- Option 2: Click Skip if you don't need to add additional contact.
Note: Contacts can be added or updated at any time on your order.
Your order will be sent to your assigned AMCs for your organization. If there are any complaints with the AMC, please fill out the AMC Complaint Form.
