Paying for an Appraisal

Once your appraisal has been ordered, the Appraisal Desk will send a payment link to the borrower or to the broker. 

Click Continue on the Appraisal Fee Payment Request email. 

Click Continue to begin the payment process.  

Next, they will complete the credit card information and click Submit Payment.

A successful payment message will appear once they payment has been approved. 

What's Next

Now, the appraisal order will automatically be submitted to your assigned AMC. The appraisal order status will be updated to Finding Appraisers. 

At any time, you will be able to download a receipt of your appraisal transaction.
