Creating Your Loan With ARIVE
Click the dropdown menu by +Loan and select MISMO 3.4.
The Loan Officer should automatically be selected but can be updated. Addiitionally, Loan Officer Assistant and Processor can also be assigned but are not required.
Drag & Drop MISMO 3.4 file or select Click to Upload.
Note: You can import up to 20 files at once.
Click Start Loan Import.
Updating Loan Information
Complete any missing information. These are indicated by sections with a red exclamation mark and highlighted red within the pages.
If any changes are made, the user will be prompted with a reminder to save.
Pricing Your Loan
Click Product & Pricing.
The application should pre-populate information from the MISMO 3.4 file Make any necessary updates and click Price Loan.
Click Apply on the program you would like to register.
Click Apply on the popup window to confirm.
Submitting to Lender
Click Loan Center.
Click Register Loan.
If any necessary information is missing, the system will prompt you to input the information before proceeding.
Once all the necessary information has been entered, click Register Now.
Once the loan has been registered, you’ll be notified with the following popup.
Checking Lender Status
The JMAC Connect loan status will update automatically in Arive. To review the JMAC Connect status, you will click Loan Center and select Lender Events to review.
You can review all the possible JMAC Connect Status and definitions within Defining Wholesale Loan Status.
