Borrower eSignature

Initial disclosures will be emailed from noreply-MortgageTech@ice.com to each borrower and the Loan Officer with a link to the loan documents. To protect the borrower’s information, we do not send any disclosure documents as email attachments.
Each borrower should have a unique email address for eSignature. Click Doc Link to begin the process.
Each borrower confirms their identity by signing in with their Consumer Connect Credentials. When logging in for the first time, borrowers will be need to create an account.
Select either Text or Call to receive the authentication code.
Optional: Select Try Another Way to have it sent to your email.
Enter the authentication code to proceed with the eSigning process.
Note: If borrowers already have an existing account, the system will auto-fill the username and prompt them to sign in with their password.
Note:
After 5 failed attempts to login and on 6th attempt, the user is suspended for 15 mins.
After 15 mins, users will have another 5 attempts and on the 6th attempt, the user is suspended for another 15 mins.
After 15 mins, users will have another 5 attempts and on the 6th attempt, the user account will be locked for 24 hours.
Read the Electronic Consent Agreement, then select whether you Agree or Don't Agree to electronically receive disclosures.
Next, you will need to review the initial disclosure package. Click Sign to begin the eSign process.
Click Accept to proceed.
Select Click to Get Started to begin eSigning.
As disclosures are read, the document indicator on the left-hand will indicate where to sign. Select Click to Sign to set your initials and signature.
Click Create Signature.
Once all disclosures have been reviewed and signed, click the Submit Signed Documents.
Click Confirm Submission.
Once you complete the eSigning Process, you can download the documents by clicking Download Documents.
You can download or print a copy for yourself by selecting Review & Sign, toggling the Task Status to Completed, and clicking View.
Loan Officer eSignature
Initial Disclosures sent through JMAC’s Disclosure Generator are emailed to the Loan Officer for eSign through the portal. All other electronic disclosures use eConsent.

The Loan Officer will receive an initial disclosure email with a link to the portal to eSign.
Once inside the portal, Loan Officers can see which loans currently need eSign by selecting ESign on the top navigation.
Note: The number indicates how many loans require eSign.
Click you the loan you would like to eSign. This will take you into the loan and automatically take you to the eSign tab.
Click Review and ESign to start the eSigning process.
Note: Any documents with a caution sign indicates that the eSign has not been completed.
Click Start eSign Session to proceed with the eSign process.
Select Click to Get Started.
Select Click to Sign.
Click Create Signature.
Once all disclosures have been reviewed and signed, click the Submit Signed Documents.
You can confirm if documents have been eSigned by checking to see if the document has a green check indicator.
Disclosure Notifications
Disclosure notifications are emailed to the assigned Loan Officer. You will be notified when disclosures are sent to each borrower,
when any borrower eConsents.
and when all parties have eSigned. This indicates that the signed disclosure package has been automatically uploaded to JMAC.
If a borrower declines consent, you will receive a notification and JMAC will mail disclosures to that borrower.
If a borrower declines eSign by mistake, contact the Disclosures Team at disclosures@jmaclending.com.
What's Next
After all parties eSign, you are ready to submit the loan.
If a borrower does not eSign by the third day after the Application Date, the correspondent lender must mail them to meet the TRID disclosure requirement. Even if disclosures are mailed, the Loan Officer and all borrowers have 14 calendar days from sending to sign electronically.
