Pricing a Scenario

To price a scenario, click Scenarios and choose Quickpricer from the Main Navigation

IMPORTANT: This link is available to all users, but pricing will only display for those with Whl Loan Officer persona.

Once you have priced your loan, you can save the scenario by clicking the “star” icon. 

In the Favorites window, enter a name and click the “+” button. You can manage your saved scenario through the following actions: 

• To re-price a scenario, click the hyperlinked name of the scenario.
• To set a default scenario, click the “check” icon. This icon will then change to green instead of grey.
• To delete a saved scenario, click the red “trash” icon.

Once you have validated pricing, you can progress to Creating Your Loan.
