Q: If I am not doing disclosures with JMAC, do I still use the Loan Change Request?

A:  Yes. Once your loan is Submitted, you will not be able to edit the

any changes after Submission must be made through a Loan Change Request.  There is a Change of Circumstance form available within the loan. To learn more, read Requesting Loan Changes. 

Q: Will I be able to access my Purchased loans.

A: No, purchased loans will not be available with your pipeline. We are planning to release Multi-Factor Authentication and allow accessing purchased loans for period of time. 

Q: Can I bulk download documents?

A: No, you cannot download your documents in bulk. Contact your Account Manager if you have any additional questions.
