Step 1: Creating Your Loan
To get started, you can either import your loan from an existing file or create a new loan application.
Importing Your Loan
In the navigation panel, click Create New Loan and choose Import Loan File.
You can choose to import your loan as a Import MISMO 3.4, retrieve an existing DO Casefile, or retrieve an existing LPA Casefile.
Option A: Importing a Fannie Mae File
Choose the exported Fannie Mae 3.2 file you created, consent to the disclaimer, and click Import.
Option B: Importing a MISMO File
Choose the exported MISMO 3.4 file you created, consent to the disclaimer, and click Import.
Option C: Retrieving an existing loan from DO
Enter the existing casefile ID, type your DO credentials, consent to the disclaimer and click Import.
Option D: Retrieving an existing loan from LPA
Enter the existing casefile ID, your LPA credentials, your Seller Number, the AUS Key Number, and NOTP Number. Next, select the import credit report, click consent to the disclaimer, and click Import.
Creating Your Loan
In the navigation panel, click Create New Loan and choose Create Purchase Loan, Create Refinance Loan, or Create 2nd Lien (Standalone).
Enter in the primary applicant’s First Name, Last Name, and SSN. Click Next to proceed.
What's Next
Once your loan is created, review and complete your 1003 on the Application Information tab.
If your Fannie Mae 3.2 file is incorrect or outdated, you can import an updated file by clicking Import FNM 3.2 File. This will overwrite all the data and can only be completed prior to loan registration.
If your MISMO 3.4 file is incorrect or outdated, you can import an updated file by clicking Import MISMO 3.4 File. This will overwrite all the data and can only be completed prior to loan registration.
To add an additional 1003, you can click on Application Management to get started.
